Since 1st January 2013, a buyer/tenant has to be given the so-called Certificate of the Energy Performance of a Building during the procedure of selling a building or its part (from 1st January 2016 valid for rental too). This duty arises from law.
If you are planning to sell or rent your flat and want to save your time and money, we offer you a finished Certificate of the Energy Performance of a Building, issued by an authorized energy auditor, having the validity of 10 years from the day of issuance or making a substantial change, for a discounted price of CZK 3.500,-, VAT included. The Certificate features the specification of the concrete category within which the building falls and it evaluates all the utilities needy for operating the building.
Within 5 working days from receiving your request, we will send you the Certificate of the Energy Performance of a Building together with an invoice.
