PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Buying a property is an exceptional moment in the life of each of us and it is important that this significant private investment becomes a pleasant experience.
Purchase procedure:
• A non-binding oral reservation is valid for 2 calendar days. During this time, the client confirms his/her binding interest by sending a personal document (ID card, passport) for the preparation of contractual documentation.
• The reservation agreement must be signed within 7 calendar days from the beginning of the oral reservation. The reservation fee of CZK 200,000 is payable within 5 working days from the signing of the Reservation Agreement.
• The contract on the future purchase agreement is concluded within 30 calendar days from the signing of the Reservation Agreement. The first payment is 20% and is payable within 5 working days from the signing of the Contract on the future purchase agreement. The reservation fee is included.
• The purchase contract is signed 30 calendar days after the signing of the Future Purchase Contract or based on a written request, unless otherwise stated. The remaining payment of the purchase price up to 100% is due before the signing of the Purchase Contract.
The client has a personal real estate specialist at all times, who will ensure the timely delivery of contractual documentation, answer all questions, help with the offer of mortgage financing and arrange additional services from proven partners from the world of interior design.
We provide all legal, financial and professional advice in our client center, where the client can conveniently resolve everything in one place.
Information for consumers, or instructions pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, is only addressed when signing contractual documentation with the client.
