CONTRACT TERMS
Purchasing a property is a significant moment in everyone's life, and it is important that this important personal investment becomes a pleasant experience. The buying process is as follows:
• A non-binding verbal reservation of the unit is valid for 5 working days.
• A reservation fee of 200,000 CZK is due within 5 days of signing the reservation agreement.
• The first deposit of at least 20% is due after signing the preliminary contract.
• The remaining 100% of the purchase price is due before signing the purchase contract.
Throughout the transaction, a real estate specialist will be fully available to the client, providing advance contract documentation, answering all questions, and presenting the payment terms. The specialist will also offer assistance with mortgage financing and introduce additional services from trusted partners in the world of interior design.
All legal, financial, and expert advice is provided by SATPO in the comfortable environment of the SATPO client center.
