An informal oral reservation is valid for 5 working days. A reservation fee of CZK 200,000 is due within 5 days of signing the Reservation Agreement.

The future purchase agreement will be concluded within 30 days of signing the Reservation Agreement, and an additional payment of 20% is due within 5 days of signing the Future Purchase Agreement.

The remaining balance up to 100% of the purchase price will be paid prior to signing the Purchase Agreement.
