CONTRACTUAL AND PAYMENT TERMS
If you decide to purchase a building plot, it opens up the opportunity to transform your vision of a dream home according to your preferences and taste, even before the actual implementation begins.
The contractual and payment terms include a reservation agreement valid for 30 days, with a deposit of 200,000 CZK due within 5 days of signing the contract. The future purchase agreement is signed within 30 days of signing the reservation agreement, with an additional payment of 20% of the price due within 5 days of signing. The purchase agreement is concluded within 30 days of the future purchase agreement, with the remaining balance due before signing the purchase agreement.
