SUCCESSFUL ISSUE OF BONDS

The SATPO company has successfully issued bonds worth 315 miles. CZK for further development. Funds from the bond issue will be used to co-finance development projects and for the purchase and renovation of existing apartment buildings, mainly in attractive locations in Prague.

Holečkova House - new project on the real estate market

EVENT of SATPO living club

The SATPO compay organized, on 8th of December 2016 from 16:30 pm,  a friendly event for members and associates of the club SATPO living in the new Sacre Coeur 2 Residence.
Club members, as well as distinguished guests, had the opportunity to personally meet not only the new manager of SATPO living club, Mrs. Daniela Dvorakova, but also some of the partners of the SATPO living club. On Tuesday, 29th of March 2016, in accordance with the construction timetable of the residential project Sacre Coeur 2, a final inspection tour of the building within the approval process in Prague 5 was successfully completed.
