Buying a home is a major milestone, and we want this important investment to be a smooth and positive experience for you.
How the purchase works:
1) Reservation of your selected unit begins once you confirm the purchase price and provide your ID document (ID card or passport) so that we can prepare the contract documents. From that point, the unit is reserved for 7 calendar days. Within this period, the Reservation Agreement must be signed. The reservation fee of CZK 200,000 is payable within 5 business days of signing the Reservation Agreement.
2) Pre-Purchase Agreement is signed within 30 calendar days of signing the Reservation Agreement. The first instalment is 20% of the purchase price and is payable within 5 business days of signing this agreement. The reservation fee is credited toward the purchase price.
3) Purchase Agreement is signed after the occupancy permit has been issued and following written notice. The remaining balance of the purchase price, up to 100%, is payable before signing the Purchase Agreement.
Throughout the process, your personal sales consultant will be there to guide you, make sure the contract documents are delivered on time, answer your questions, help you explore mortgage financing options, and arrange additional services through our trusted interior partners.
All legal, financial and professional advice is provided in our client centre, where everything can be handled conveniently in one place.
Consumer information, including the notice required under Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, is provided when the contract documents are signed with the client.
