CONTRACT AND PAYMENT TERMS
Buying a property is an important moment in life, and it is essential that this significant private investment becomes a positive and comfortable experience.
Purchase process:
• Binding confirmation of purchase of the selected unit starts when the client confirms the price and provides an identity document, such as an ID card or passport, for the purpose of preparing the contractual documentation. From this moment, the property is exclusively reserved for the client for 7 calendar days. This period is also intended for signing the Reservation Agreement. The reservation fee of CZK 200,000 is payable within 5 calendar days from signing the Reservation Agreement.
• Agreement on a Future Purchase Agreement is signed within 30 calendar days from signing the Reservation Agreement. The first payment amounts to 10% of the purchase price and is payable within 5 calendar days from signing the Agreement on a Future Purchase Agreement. The reservation fee is credited towards this payment.
• Purchase Agreement is signed within 30 calendar days from signing the Agreement on a Future Purchase Agreement or based on a written notice, unless stated otherwise. The remaining balance of the purchase price up to 100% is payable before signing the Purchase Agreement.
Throughout the entire process, the client has a dedicated real estate specialist who ensures timely delivery of the contractual documentation, answers all questions, assists with mortgage financing options and arranges additional services through trusted interior design partners.
All legal, financial and professional advisory services are provided at the client centre, where the client can conveniently handle everything in one place.
Consumer information, including information under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, is provided when signing the contractual documentation with the client.
MORTGAGE FINANCING
In cooperation with our long-term partner, the company Hyposervis, we offer cost-effective mediation of a mortgage loan when purchasing any property from our offer.
