The Sacre Coeur 2 Residence became the only Czech project to become a finalist in the Best Residential Property category in the MIPIM Awards 2017 international real estate competition.

The international real estate fair MIPIM took place in Cannes, France on March 14-17, 2017. More than 23,000 guests from more than 90 countries visited the world. Participants had a unique opportunity not only to share their experiences, but also to gain knowledge and ideas from international partners, to be inspired by what are the trends in the world of development and the real estate market, what is happening and what can be expected in the coming years.

The international fair also includes the announcement of the best development projects (Best Residential Development) within the MIPIM Awards competition, which was founded in 1991 and is of worldwide importance. 214 development projects from 46 countries, Asia, the Pacific, North and Latin America, Africa and, of course, Europe have entered this year. An 11-member panel of judges, chaired by John Forrester (EMEA CEO Cushman & Wakefield), shortlisted only four of the best projects in each of the eleven competition categories in Paris at the end of January 2017.
