The layout of the flats ranges from 42 m2 (1+kitchenette) to 164 m2 (4+kitchenette maisonettes). Cellar booths belong to each flat. The ground-floor flats have gardens. The flats are of superior execution – new and stylish wooden windows, interior doors with door-frames in the original style, three-layer wooden floors, ceramic tiles and paving by foreign manufacturers, sanitary ceramics and taps by renowned brands. The attic flats feature remote-control studio roof windows, a fireplace and air-conditioning. The project is situated in the triangle delimited by Nové Město (the New Town), Rašínovo nábřeží (the Rašínovo Embankment) and Vyšehrad. This area boasts of impressive architecture, the Vltava with steamers and pedal boats, the magnificent Vyšehrad, Zítkovy sady (the Zítkovy Orchard), the Botanical Garden and the Emmaus Church.
