SUCCESSFUL ISSUE OF BONDS
The SATPO company has successfully issued bonds worth 315 miles. CZK for further development. Funds from the bond issue will be used to co-finance development projects and for the purchase and renovation of existing apartment buildings, mainly in attractive locations in Prague.
During February of this year the company SATPO successfully issued bonds worth 315 miles. CZK to ensure financing for their current and planned especially for real estate projects. Manager of the issue has become an international investment company WOOD & Company, which specializes in securities trading, advisory services in corporate finance and asset management with headquarters in Prague and offices in Bratislava, Warsaw, London, Bucharest and Milan.
Funds from the bond issue will be used to co-finance development projects and for the purchase and renovation of existing apartment buildings, mainly in attractive locations in Prague.
The bond issue is a logical continuation of several successful issues of debt instruments implemented at the level of individual projects within the group SATPO. This issue is a conceptual replacing funding through a number of smaller project bonds and aims at streamlining and clarifying the funding of SATPO.
