Are the apartments at the Vitality Residence different from other new apartments?
Yes, they are. The apartments are primarily designed for people looking for quality and modern living in the old age. They are offered in common standards, to which we all are used. However, a part of our offer also consists in a possibility to choose modifications for the physically handicapped, wheelchair users etc. – all according to our clients´ concrete needs. The modules of all the apartments are already prepared for wheelchair users. The standards of the apartments also include safety elements, such as SOS (emergency) buttons connected to the reception of the building.
How is the permanent functioning of the services at the Residence ensured?
We have paid great attention to the concept of the house. The basic principle consists in a compulsory taking of just the basic set of the services, which are configured so as to be attractive to all the residents. The other services offered are included in the comprehensive thematic packages for advantaged prices. Moreover, these can also be, based on the residents´ needs, continually ordered, cancelled or modified as regards their range or frequency.
What will the monthly housing fees be?
The amount of costs will reflect a standard care for the building and its surroundings as it is known in case of other usual residences in the price segment given. The facility management will be provided by a specialized company, which will annually issue an updated advance record sheet for each apartment unit.
Furthermore, the residents will pay monthly costs related to taking specialized services provided by the service provider – company LCC domácí péče, s.r.o. (LCC Home Care, Ltc.). The amount of the costs is determined by the range of the services taken.
What services will be provided at the Residence, how is it possible to order, modify or cancel them?
An extensive range of services will be offered at the Residence (cf. Section “Services and Care”). The offer will be updated continually and in compliance with perceiving the needs and requests of the residents.
Each resident has a time fund in the range of 5-hours that can be used to care for the home and personal comfort. This is cleaning, ironing, washing or shopping service. All other services offered in the field of home care, health and assistance services are completely optional, can vary each month according to individual requirements and needs of each individual. Professional reception staff will take care not only of all activities related to the operation of the house and in safety, but also to oversee the provision of all these services to residents. Of course a great advantage residence Vitality is the automatic monitoring of driver assistance systems and trained staff in the event of an alarm can also provide first aid and basic medical assistance services, provide the necessary skilled care.
How will the reception work?
The reception, situated on the ground floor of the building, will not only take care of the common services of monitoring visitors, assuring security and others, but it will also become an everyday partner of the Residence inhabitants. Through the reception it will be possible to consult the range of services taken and to modify, order or cancel them as needed. The reception will also monitor the individual apartments as needed (SOS buttons or possibly another monitoring system), and in this way it will guarantee a maximum security of the Residence inhabitants. The staff of the reception will be trained in first aid and speak a world language.
Will there be a permanent staff at the Residence?
Yes, there will. The Operations Manager will be present at the Residence, whose responsibility will cover the operations and management of the building and of the trained medical staff. The Operations Manager will not only monitor the quality of the services provided and supervise the cleanliness and state of the common areas, they will organize external services, such as various seminars, lectures, classes and other social events too. It will also be possible to consult the Operations Manager on the range of services, their setting in accordance with your current needs and their subsequent ordering.
Who takes care of the common premises (including the service/utility area) in the house?
Cleaning and maintenance will be provided similarly to e.g. cleaning and maintaining the common corridors, lift of staircase – by a specialized cleaning company, which, as regards the system, falls under the general facility management. The specialized services provider, company LCC domácí péče, s.r.o. (LCC Home Care, Ltd.), concretely the Operations Manager, will supervise the quality of and the care for the premises, as well as a superior functioning of the services provided.
