Customization procedure

Customization options are managed by a precise procedure with specific deadlines according to the number of buildings under construction in each project. Client customizations cannot affect the external features of the building, including window frames and structures. The final price of client customizations consists of a lump fee for the modifications (only in cases of necessary changes made at the building office), the price of project works incurred by the client customization and calculation of the difference in the price of the construction works.
