Transport access

The Švédská Residence is in the district of Hřebenka in Prague 5. The Residence is ideally located for easy access by car as well as by public transport. Tram and bus stops are only a few minutes walk, as is the Anděl metro station and shopping district.

The Hřebenka bus stop provides quick public transport connections around Prague. During the day, connection to the closest metro station – Anděl – as well as to the Nový Smíchov shopping centre is provided by bus 176 and at night by bus 510. From the Švédská Residence you can get to the train or bus station at Smíchov by public transport within 15 minutes.

You can access the main Prague expressways from Plzeňská Street. The fastest way to get out of the city is via the Rozvadovská junction to the E50 motorway. If you’re heading south, use the Mrázovka tunnel from Strakonická Street in the direction of Zbraslav, or the Strahovský tunnel if you’re going north. It’s very easy to get to the Prague (Ruzyně) airport by car from the residence as it is only 10 kilometres away. And the Motol golf course is a mere 5-minute drive.
