Timetable for repayment of the Švédská Residence

Reservation fee
CZK 200,000 + legal VAT
The reservation fee is due within 5 days of signing the Reservation Agreement

First payment
30 % of the purchase price (minus the reservation fee) + legal VAT Due within 5 days of signing the Contract on Conclusion of a Future Contract on Transfer of the Unit

Second payment – cash payment
35 % of the purchase price + legal VAT
The second payment is payable within 5 days of the day when the seller submits the Proposal to register the building under construction in the real estate cadastre.

Second payment – mortgage payment
35 % of the purchase price + legal VAT
The second payment is payable within 30 days of the day when the seller submits the Proposal to register the building under construction in the real estate cadastre.

Third payment – cash payment
35 % of the purchase price + legal VAT
Due on the day of signing the Contract on Transfer of the Unit

Third payment – mortgage payment
35 % of the purchase price + legal VAT
Due within 10 days of the signing of the Contract on Transfer of the Unit

The investor reserves the right to make changes.
