Švédská Residence

The Švédská Residence offers peaceful and safe housing in a modern apartment complex. It consists of three independent apartment buildings, which have been architecturally united into one whole. The Švédská Residence is not a large complex; there are only seven spacious apartment units. The small number of apartments reinforces the character of family housing. Also contributing to the residence’s privacy is the fact that the building is located in its own garden surrounded by greenery.

The complex is a former tenement building that has been reconstructed into an above-standard villa, rebuilt in the spirit of the original building using modern building materials. The second building is a modern construction, consisting of three two-floor apartment units with glass walls. The apartments also have spacious terraces with built-in blinds. The third part of the Švédská Residence is a small one-unit building with its own large terrace in the garden. The building’s design and location guarantee maximum privacy.

Apartments and apartment units

All of the apartments are laid out in very individual ways and with great attention to detail. Some of the apartment units take up an entire floor, to which it is possible to get by elevator directly from the garage. The private gardens and terraces connected with the apartments provide fresh air and relaxation.

Unit fittings

SATPO projects are exceptional in that the layout of each apartment has been individually designed. The seven units in the Švédská Residence are all different. The client will receive the draft of the first architectural design as a bonus. The apartments feature comfortable fittings – air-conditioning, heated floors in the hallways, bathrooms and WC, space ready for a fireplace and connection to the most modern optical network, which provides residents with high-speed Internet, digital TV and telephone. The building’s connection to the optical network provides for high-speed data transmission. Intelligent wiring is available in the fitted two-floor apartments. And you can feel safe thanks to the building’s electronic security system, videophones and camera system, which records and tracks entries into the building and garage.
