Timetable for repayment of SATPO projects

Reservation fee
CZK 200,000 + legal VAT
The reservation fee is due within 5 days of signing the Reservation Agreement.

First payment
30% of the purchase price (minus the reservation fee) + legal VAT *
The first payment is due within 5 days of signing the Contract on Conclusion of a Future Contract on Transfer of the Unit.

Second payment – cash payment
70% of the purchase price + legal VAT *
The second payment is due within due on the day that the Contract on Transfer of the Unit is signed.

Second payment – mortgage payment
70% of the purchase price + legal VAT *
The second payment is due within 10 days of day when the Contract on Transfer of the Unit is signed.

* Note: These payments are subject to a bank guarantee.
