The current structure of SATPO was adapted to the financing requirements of banking institutions. The bank finances development projects based on the formation of new “single-purpose” companies for each project.

The advantage of this system is absolute transparency with regards to the bank and the client, because the “single-purpose” company only owns the real estate connected with the particular project and is financed by loans from the investor and the bank.

Complex services connected with the implementation of the project for these companies are ensured by the SATPO Development, s.r.o. Management Company.
