SATPO was founded in 1994. In our first years of operation on the market we focused in particular on real estate activities in the area of sales of family houses and apartments. Three years later, we also began development activities, primarily focussing on building attic apartments in attractive locations. Today we specialize mainly in the construction of new apartment projects for the middle and upper price segments, in desirable locations in Prague and Karlovy Vary. We are among the leading development companies on the Czech market.

We build and offer projects which thanks to their location, fittings and quality are among the most exclusive in the country. Our offer also includes complex services connected with the acquisition and financing of the apartments. We are happy to provide our customers with the services of our showroom, which is located directly in the company’s building.
