Švédská Residence – Winner of BEST OF REALTY 2011 and REAL ESTATE PROJECT 2011 Contests
The company SATPO was awarded the first place for the Švédská Residence project in the category Residential Projects in the prestigious contest BEST OF REALTY, organized under the auspices of the Association for the Development of the Real Estate Market (Asociace pro rozvoj trhu nemovitostí, ARTN), the members of which are the most significant representatives of Czech developers. The professional jury was choosing from 23 developers, such as Finep or Trigema. The official announcement of the winner and the award ceremony were held on 9 November 2011.
In the presentation of the best Czech developer projects, organized by the Real Estate Congress in cooperation with the Real Estate Annual, the jury introduced the winner – the Švédská Residence – to the public and awarded the title “Real Estate Project 2011” to it. The official announcement of the winning project and the award ceremony were held on 10 November 2011 on the occasion of the Realty Congress 2011.
Therefore the Švédská Residence gained two first places for this year and undoubtedly belongs to the pool of projects which contribute to the quality rise of the Czech real estate market.
